We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2023, at the age of 81, Barbara Kay Butler of Snellville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, W. D. Haynie and Bernice Haynie; her siblings, Billie Ann Mowery and Gerald Haynie (John Gordon Butler); and her husband John Butler of Memphis, TN.

She is survived by: her sons, John G. Butler Jr., William T. Butler (Bill) and David A. Butler (Lara); her grandchildren, Kayla, Sara, Jett, Maggie, Eliza and Molly; and her sister Linda McCandless (Don). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Westside Baptist Church Benevolence Fund.
