We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2024, at the age of 83, William Joe Barrow in Smyrna, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Saundra (Eaton); his children, Selene Martin (David) and Billy Barrow (Claudine); his grandchildren, Madison, Melanie Slusher (Brandon), Megan, Brady Barrow (Kate) and Tanner; his great grandchildren, Adelie Slusher and Reese Barrow; and his brother Robert Barrow.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice at Bluegrass Care Navigators.
