She is survived by: her husband James S. Chadwick, Sr.; her children, Beth Scott (Phil) of Snellville, Dianne Jackson (Tim) of Smyrna, Susan Tyler (Phil) of Texas and James S. Chadwick, Jr. (Rita) of Baton Rouge, LA; and her brother Ronnie Williams of Imperial, CA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
