He was predeceased by: his father Michael Collins. He is survived by: his significant other Joanna Collins; his mother Betty Collins; his children, Derek, Nick and Jewel Collins; and his brothers, Vince Collins (Diane) and Roger Collins (Belinda) of Denver Colorado. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, a large tribe of friends.
