He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julia Boothe and Myles Boothe; his wife Melinda; his children, Brandon, Angie and Sammy; his children-in-law, Joey and Cam; his grandchildren, Hudson, Ryder, Frasier and Katie; and his siblings, Bonnie, Shelly, Chip, Greg, Sam, Andrea and Julie. He was also cherished by his extended family and friends.
