She was predeceased by: her husband James Gary Hicks; and her brother Ronald Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Leah Hicks McDaniel; her grandchildren, Tyler James McDaniel and Amanda Caroline McDaniel; her siblings-in-law, Robert and Gloria Hicks; her niece Angie Hicks Huskey; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cash and Bonnie.
