With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sara Ellen Hiers of Smyrna, Georgia, who passed away on October 10, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clara James Dean and Hiram W. Owens of Aragon, GA.; her husband Leroy Hiers of Smyrna, GA; her sons, Kevin Hiers of Lawrenceville, GA and Bryan Voyles of Smyrna, GA; her granddaughter Amanda Voyles (Dalton Heath); and her nieces, Shay Langston (Robert) and Gina Miller (Kevin). She was also cherished by several cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sara Hiers's memory to Calvary Children's Home at http://www.calvarykids.org or your favorite charity.
