We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2023, at the age of 100, Nellie Simpson Miller of Smyrna, Georgia, born in Marietta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Benson Simpson and Tiny Ellen Long Simpson; her husband Charles Hobart Miller; her daughter Ann Althouse Webb; and her siblings, Estelle Casteel, Ella Owenby, Adele Casteel, Gladys Roper, Gartha Simpson, Hugh Simpson, Mary Ellen Allgood, Robert Benson Simpson, John D. Simpson, Lee Simpson and Eugene Simpson.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Miller of Simpsonville, SC; and her sister-in-law Emma Lou Simpson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
