He was predeceased by: his parents, Milow Bowes and Helen Bowes; and his sister Kathleen Bey. He is survived by: his wife Ann Johnson Bowes; his sons, Robert (Tammy Bowes) and James (Jennifer Bowes); his sister Irene Kelly; and his grandsons, Andrew Elias Bowes and Joshua Carver Linville. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Milow will always be remembered for his quick wit, sense of humor, infectious warm smile, generosity, and unending charity.
