She is survived by: her husband William B Howard Jr.; her siblings, Tommy Hogan and Toni Hogan; her daughters, Tressa Lynn Sample and Tina Lee Greene; and her grandchildren, Chasity Nichole House, Cory James Slaughter, James Wesley House, Shaunda Lynn House and Brandon Michael Gayton. She is also survived by 11 great grand children also well as several nieces and nephews.
