He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Ostrowski; his brother Michael Ostrowski (Amy Ostrowski); his nephews, Blake and Neal Ostrowski; his uncle Eugene Metzger; his aunt Claire Ostrowski; and his cousins, Debra Ostrowski Bodus, Donna Ostrowski-Pratt and Stephanie Liske.
Due to Covid-19, the family will announce funeral plans at a later date.
