He was predeceased by: his parents, Vesta H. Bailey and Marion C. Bailey; and his brother Paul Raymond Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bailey; and his children, Paul (Sandy Bailey), Marcus Bailey, Shawn (Carey Brown) and Connie Thomson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
