She was predeceased by: her parents, Levin Larson and Grace Phalin Larson; her former husband Eugene Buckland; her son Rusty; and her siblings, Robert, Jack, Carlie Larson, Beverly Combs and Donna Jewart.
She is survived by: her child Gene; her husband Vern Howe; her stepdaughter Debbie; her daughter Barbara Barton; her children-in-law, Brady of Pensacola, FL, Joe of Lawrenceville, GA, Gail Burkland of Fairport, NY, Wayne Priester of Mableton, GA, Carolyn Knauss of Columbus, OH and Scott Burg of Hammondsport, NY; her stepson Gordon Howe; her daughter-in-law Tammy of Collierville, TN; her sisters, Betty Redington of Jamestown, NY and Marjorie Burr of Smethport, PA; and her sister-in-law Shirley Larson of Port Allegany, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
