He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Baughn and Effie Jane Pennington Baughn; and his former wife Ethel Baughn. He is survived by: his wife Aline Nealey-Baughn; his daughter Lori Chinsky (Joe); and his stepchildren, Joan Piel (Donald) and Terry Nealey (Teri). He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
