She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Owens; her daughters, Robin Cantrell (Ken) of Franklin and Melanie Tatum of Jackson; her siblings, Jim Waddell (Valerie) of Blairsville, Glenda Martin (Pat) of Virginia Beach, VA and Carol Waddell of Rome; her grandchildren, McKinley, Noah, Lily Cantrell, Austin Tatum (Brittany), Lovey Burpee (Caleb) and Garrett Mays; and her great grandchildren, Waylon Burpee and Tenly Tatum.
