He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara Frazier (Turner Rhodes Hood) and Lewis Frazier of Tennille. He is survived by: his brother John Frazier; his wife Susan; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Frank Hill Jr. of Atlanta; his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Kristina Frazier (Patton) of Sandy Springs; his grandchildren, Lillie Frazier, Bonnie Eason, Frank Ridley Hill III and Reynolds Patton Frazier; his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Frazier (Wiles) of Brooklet and Nancy Davis (Benoist) of Gainesville; and his nieces, Amy Garrett (Davis), Julie DeLong (Davis) and Leigh Helms (Wiles).
