He was predeceased by: his father James Boyd Price, Jr.; and his brother Douglas Gordan Price. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Danielle; his wife Tonia Melinda Wells; his mother Evelyn V. Price of Stone Mountain, GA; and his brother Gregory D. Price (Donna L.) of Stone Mountain, GA.. He is also survived by extended family that includes uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Years of careful planning for the mission trip's maiden voyage were derailed when the pandemic shuttered ports in Florida and throughout the Caribbean in March 2020.
