It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Nelson Harmon of Smyrna, Georgia, born in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ira Nelson and Lena Basinger Nelson; her husband Bobby Harmon; her siblings, Ruby Merrick of Cleveland, OH, Vera Bloom and Don Nelson of Greenwood, IN.; and her daughters, Sandy Harmon of Hutchinson, KS, Brenda Apple of Greenfield, IN and Lea Garvey of Smyrna, GA..
