It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Chapman of Smyrna, Georgia, born in Roberta, Georgia, who passed away on October 12, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Patrick and Annis Patrick; and her siblings, Jack Patrick and Trenilla Becham (Trudy). She is survived by: her husband Jerome Chapman of Smyrna; her sons, Todd Chapman of Sandy Springs, GA., Philip Chapman (April) of Huntsville, AL. and Wade Chapman of Thomasville, GA.; her grandchildren, Abby Joy Chapman, Mary Claire Chapman, Grayson Chapman, John Patrick Chapman and Garrison Chapman; and her brother Bill Patrick (Doris) of Cedar Creek, TX..
