He is survived by: his mother Janice Wujcik; his grandfather Joseph Wujcik; his uncle Joe Wujcik; his aunts, Vickie Wujcik, Ellyn Wujcik and Diana Wujcik Cole; and his cousins, Kalie Feeser, Brittany, Amanda Cole, Sami Cole, Nicholas Cole, Chase Wujcik, Jeff Wujcik and Tori Wujcik. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
