He is survived by: his wife Dale Clark; his children, Beth McKinney of Smyrna, Amy Jill Clark of Blacksburg, VA and Josh Clark of Smyrna; his grandsons, John Lively (Brittany) and Charlie Lively; and his great grandchildren, Laura Lee Lively, Henry Lively, Julia Lively and Jackson Lively.
