She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Forbes Adams Sr. and Mary Katherine McCord Adams. She is survived by: her husband William J. MacKenna; and her children, Jay (Karla), Ann and Liz. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
