He is survived by: his wife Bernie Murdock; his daughters, Felicia Lee of Marietta and Andrea Jones (Chris Powell) of Mobile, AL; his sister Teena Shaw of Simpsonville, SC; his grandchildren, Matthew Lee, David Lee, Jr., Haley Sessions, Hunter Jones and Brennan Powell; and his great grandchildren, Kennidee Lee, Madison Lee and Raegan Garbee.
