He was predeceased by: his wife Annie Lewis Rowe; and his siblings, Wilma Rowe, James W. Rowe and Charles Rowe. He is survived by: his children, John Rowe of Lake City, FL, Howard Rowe (Vickie) of Hixon, TN, Russell Rowe (Terri) of Alpharetta and Sarah Brock (John) of Cumming; and his close friend Harriet Teichert. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
