He is survived by: his wife Linda Tomsett; his stepson Bryan Rink (Xiya); his son Daniel of Redmond, WA; his stepchildren, Tracy Gorski (Aaron) and Braden of Cleveland, TN; his brother Robert Tomsett (Joann); his nephew Robert Tomsett (Sue); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan, Matt and Duncan Tomsett (Wendy); and also, Lola, Connor and Cameron.
