Phelps; and her grandchildren, Michele H. Coleman, Monica D. Hollins, Julian B. Phelps II, Armon J. Phelps and Jovanda N. Irving.

She is survived by: her siblings, Antoinette B. McNeill, Gladys Claytor (Harold), Judy Diggs (Jason), Lynn Melton (Thomas), Connie King (Thomas), Raymond Bishop, James Bishop, Sr. (Martha), Nathaniel Bishop (Sylvia) and Jack Bishop (Debi). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
