He was predeceased by: his father Dr. L. J. Sarrell; and his brothers, Lee Sarrell and Greg Sarrell. He is survived by: his wife Dana McCarter Sarrell; his mother Bonnie Sarrell of Blue Ridge; and his siblings, Rick Sarrell (Daphne) of Blairsville, Sherri Quintrell (Bill) of Austin, TX and Lisa Sarrell (Kenny) of Woodstock. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
