We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2022, at the age of 80, Charles Ivie Hood of Smyrna, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Mae Austin Hood and James Clyde Hood; and his granddaughter Kirstie Elizabeth Cochran. He is survived by: his children, Richard Ivie Hood (Chinhui), Michael Anthony Hood (Ashley), Kasondra Lynn Hood Henry (Tony) and Stacie Denise Hood Cochran (Chris); and his siblings, Larry Hood, Jo Ann Shortt and Elaine Grant. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
