It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Buddy Paul Panter (Smyrna, Georgia), who passed away on August 19, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Panter and Nona Panter; and his sisters, Magalene Chastain, Dorothy Rogers Boggess and Llian Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Panter; his brother Ed; his sister-in-law Patti Reed; his nieces, Louise Arp, Vivian Locke, Nancy Locke, Dot Perry (Danny), Frances Thompson (Tony) and Marie Mons (Stan); and his nephew Mark.
