She is survived by: her children, Angela Rice, Diane Rice Abernathy and John Christopher Rice; her brother John Freeman (Sara); her grandchildren, Jonathan Rice, Marlene Galvan and Dylan Abernathy; her great grandchildren, Logan, Gabriella and Grace; and her nieces, Elizabeth and Katherine.
