With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Lee Issiac of Smyrna, Georgia, who passed away on December 27, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Ike Issiac; her children, Tanya, Abol, Mike and Sandra; her grandchildren, Jessica, Paco, Jordan, Svetlana, Chris and Steven; and her great grandchild Colton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
