With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Jean Garner in Smyrna, Georgia, born in Campobello, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 2, 2024 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Laughter Sims and Broadus Sims; her former husband Charles David Glover; and her sisters, Nell Cantrell and Hellon Hyder.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynda Olle (Michael) of Smyrna, GA; her grandchildren, Anna Cathryn Olle (Andrew Lanman) of Lexington, SC, Matthew Olle (Melody Haskell) of Atlanta, GA and Laura Nesbitt (Zachary) of Smyrna, GA.; her nieces, Cindy Lathan and Jane Clary; and her nephew Wayne Hyder.
