She was predeceased by: her parents, Tyre Phillip Wise and Lottie Meadows Wise; her husband Julian F. Cosby, Sr.; and her brother J. M. Wise (Betty). She is survived by: her children, Julian F. Cosby, Jr. (Brenda), Phyllis Harvin (Mike) and Betsy Hodges (Jack, Sr.); and her sister-in-law Martha Wise. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
