He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ringle Usry of Smithville; his children, Doug Kahlan, Amy of Acworth, Chris Kahlan, April of Taylorsville, Jeff Kahlan and Laura of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Baylor, Emme, Bennett, Weston, Maggie, Finn and Delani; his sister Charlene Dudley (Jim); his sister-in-law Martha Usry; his nephew Charles; his nieces, Cheryl, Cristina, Candace and Hope; and also Pete Carver of Atlanta.
