She is survived by: her children, Melody Gilmer (James) of Smithville and Ronnie Mills (Marlene) of Smithville; her siblings, Sandra Nicely of Cleveland, TN and Harold West (Sandy) of Leesburg, GA.; her grandchildren, Michelle Mills Hayes (Jim), Brandon Mills, Katie Gilmer and Christine Gilmer; her great grandchildren, Chandler Mills, Cameron Mills, Valley Hayes and Sophia Witmer; her husband Raymond E. Phillips; her siblings, Louise Rouse Lipsey, Betty Mills and George Washington West Jr.; and also, Anita Davis (Tommy) and Renda Coxwell (Ed).
