He is survived by: his son Chris Cowan (Tommie); his grandchildren, Jordan Larry Cowan, Brittany Cowan and Jessica Cowan; and his siblings, Wilma Bridges, Wayne, Charles, Dale and Roger Cowan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
