She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Kendall White and Connie Clare Riley White; her former husband Douglas Tolbert, Sr.; her husband Hoyt Daniel Carroll; her daughter Cathi Annette Tolbert; her siblings, Carolyn Joyce White and Lowell White; and her nephew Jansen White.
She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Tolbert, Jr. (Cindy) and James Tolbert; her grandsons, Lucas of Plainville and Cole Edwards of Plainville; her great grandchild Natalie Edwards; her sister Jeanette George; and her sister-in-law Glenda White Burgin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
