He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Sam L. Wooten and Delora Phillips Wooten; his brother Charles Wooten; his niece Connie Wooten; his parents-in-law, Ruth Winters and Ernest Winters; and his brothers-in-law, Gene Winters and Jack Ingram.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Winters Wooten; his children, Christopher Kane Wooten (Kim), Vonda DeAnn Wooten and Samuel Deon Wooten (Kayla); his grandchildren, Avery, Kelsey, Carson, Kensly, Sam Wooten, Kaylee and Piper Phillips; and his sisters, Sue Ingram and Judy Hall (Tommy).
Social distancing will be followed, and masks are requested at both the visitation and funeral service.
