She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Elijah Worthington and Edith Mears Worthington; and her sister Emma Jane Sisson. She is survived by: her husband Edward Lee Proctor, Jr.; her children, Edward Lee "Trey" Proctor, III (Debra) and Melody Diane Smith; her grandchildren, Lindsay Jones (Skylar), Christian Smith, Trevor Proctor and Kaitlin Smith; her great grandchild Adalynn Smith; and her siblings, Charles Worthington and Sharon Collier. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
