It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lillian Nellaree Bailey of Silver Creek, Georgia, born in Roanoke, Alabama, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Columbus Windsor and Sallie Kate Smallwood Windsor; her husband Carl Monroe Bailey; her son Bobby Joe Bailey; her son-in-law Ronnie Campbell; and her siblings, Blanche Roberts, Ester Harris, Dorothy Klawetter and Gordon Windsor.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Campbell, Pat Huckaby and Todd Bailey (Ashlea); her daughter-in-law Glenda Bailey; and her brother Pete Windsor (Nita). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
