He is survived by: his wife Rometa Burkhalter Blair; his sons, Wayne Blair (Linda), Phil Blair (Mary) and Keith Blair; his grandchildren, Stephanie Willingham (Rodney) and Wayne Blair, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Storm Willingham (Leah), Dacey Willingham (Hayden Haulk), Gracie Blair, Evan Blair, Caleb Blair and Catie Beth Blair; his brothers-in-law, Steve Burkhalter (Monesia) and Kenneth Burkhalter; and his grandson-in-law Rev. Rodney Willingham.
