It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Warren Earwood of Silver Creek, Georgia, born in Rome, Georgia, who passed away on November 11, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul D. Nelson and Jenny Nelson; her son Hugh Dorsey "Bug" Warren Jr.; and her sister Martha "Paulette" Howell. She is survived by: her significant other Greg L. Earwood; her daughter Crystal Dawn Davis; her grandchildren, Tambi Coleman (Jeremy), Jessica Thackston (Ryne), Dalton Warren (Jordan), Dakota Davis (Parris) and Olivia Jade Davis; her great grandchildren, Donavon Coleman, Aubrey Coleman, Robert Coleman, Tobias Warren and Atlas Warren; her great great grandchild Koa Sage; the father of her children Hugh Dorsey Warren Sr.; her pet Scooter; and her former husband Hugh Dorsey Warren Sr.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the South Chapel (3002 Maple Rd SE, Rome, GA 30161). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Radio Springs Baptist Church (1513 Burnett Ferry Rd SW, Rome, GA 30165). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Oaknoll Memorial Gardens (2549 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165).
