He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leon Babb, Sr. and Sarah Agnes Reece Babb; his former wife Nona Olivia Owens Babb; and his sister Ann Perea. He is survived by: his wife Dollie Ann Bowling Babb; his children, Jamie Lee Babb Turner, James Webster Babb of Kingston and Mark Anthony Babb of Kingston; his sisters, Brenda Carter of Scottsboro, AL, Carrie and Emily Rachel Brooks; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Nicole Babb, Olivia Lee Owenby and Sequoia Turner; and his stepsons, Bob Chandler, David Chandler, Jr. (Tonya) and Craig Chandler (Jennifer). He is also survived by 9 step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
