He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman L. Bradshaw, Sr. and Daisy Watters Bradshaw; and his sister Anita June Bradshaw. He is survived by: his wife Carol Braden Bradshaw; his son Jason Todd Bradshaw of Nashville, TN; and his brother Tony Bradshaw (Liz) of Duluth, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
