It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Loyd Cowan of Silver Creek, Georgia, born in Rome, Georgia, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, B. L. Cowan and Margie Bell Wilson Cowan; and his daughter Susan Christy Cundiff. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Elizabeth Lindsey Cowan; and his children, Cynthia Gail Balliew (Lamar), Shelly Denise Davenport (Ronnie), Stacey Murphy and Stephen Michael Cowan. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
