He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lewis Jackson and Opal Henry Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Scoggins Jackson; his children, Angie Garrard (Tony) of Meridianville, AL and Bradley Jackson of Steamboat Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Kyle Garrard of Savannah, GA and Kade Garrard of Athens, GA; and his nephew Marc Hyde of Lindale, GA..
