He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Womack and Minnie Channell Womack; and his granddaughter Brook Womack. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Rose Phillips Womack; his children, Christopher Womack, Crystal Womack, Tiffiny Womack, Cody Womack (Amanda Hight) and Silver Creek; his grandchildren, Jordan Carroll, Misty Carroll and Autumn Womack; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Jaxon, James Carroll and Presleigh Jones; his sister Polly Hines; and his sister-in-law Judy Womack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
