We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2023, at the age of 74, Dennis Eugene Allen of Silver Creek, Georgia, born in Sidney, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert V. Allen and Ruth Elaine Dresback Tasker; his former wife Rose Mary Allen; his grandson Cade Tanner; and his brother Pete Mays.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jones Tanner Allen; his daughter Amy Allen; his stepchildren, Kimberly Tanner Tipton and Jason Tanner (April); his grandchildren, Stefan Tanner, Hannah Tipton, Caleb Tanner and Cason Tanner; and his great grandchild Cloey Tanner.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Floyd Healthcare Foundation, Cade Tanner Memorial, 400 Turner McCall Blvd., Ste. 102, Rome, GA 30165.
