He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben T. Rampley and Donnie Green Rampley; his sisters, Bertha Rayburn, Polly Edwards and Barbara Cargle; his nieces, Annease Coursey, Tammy Stansell and Joan Barger; and his great-niece Stephanie Stansell.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Caldwell Rampley; his niece Cynthia Rayburn Kiser; his great-niece Chasity Cromer; his nephews, Tony Cargle and Kenny Edwards; his great-nephews, John Kiser, Brady Cargle Graham Cargle, Chris Carden, Todd Carden, Lyn Barger and Andy Edwards; his pet Bella; and also, Chase Lowe, Allie Beth Willerson, Emily Lowe, Autumn Edwards and Max Tucker.
