She is survived by: her children, Max Smith (Kim) of Leesburg, Tom Smith (Cyndi) of Shellman, Lisa Nelson (Sonny) of Leesburg and Sherri Cartwright (Joe) of Shellman; her grandchildren, Jimmy Smith of Thomasville, Whitney Wilson (Josh) of Shellman, Cory Cartwright of Buford, Hillary Martin (Ryan) of Dawson, Jackson Smith of Cincinnati, Kaylie Smith of Shellman and TJ Smith of Shellman; her great grandchildren, Emma Parker, Ava Parker, Caden Smith, Meredith Wilson, Nathan Parker, Grayson Smith, Noah Wilson, Bentley Martin and Jensen Smith; her brother Freddie Bentley of Cuthbert; her daughter Kelli Langford (Scott) of Shellman; her great-niece Lindsey Langford; her great-nephew Drew Langford (Lane); and her caregiver Elaine Brown.
